Bulk Discounts
At The Perfume Playground we are able to provide some of the most competitive prices when purchasing in bulk quantities. We currently specialise in work place group orders so if you and your work mates want to purchase great items at our lowest prices, drop us an email as we are more than happy to assist with all your enquiries.

Delivery
We will deliver to all addresses within Australia however please note that delivery times may vary from area to area. We will dispatch the items via a Registered Post service when we have confirmed your payment. Most customers will receive the items within 1 – 4 working days.
All purchases of four or more items are shipped FREE of charge, otherwise postage rates are as follows:
1st Item is charged at $8.50 and $2.50 for additional item thereafter.

Returns & Refunds
The Perfume Playground is happy to refund your money ONLY if the goods purchased have been damaged in transit or are a fault of the manufacturer. If this occurs please return the item to us accordingly. Unfortunately postage charges cannot be refunded.
Please choose your items carefully as Refunds will NOT be granted for incorrect choice.
Warranty
No refunds will be made for incorrect choice. All our perfumes are the 100% Genuine name articles. We are 100% satisfied with our quality procedures that we will REFUND your money completely if you are not 100% satisfied with the authenticity of the product. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
