1. Why are we so cheap?
It’s simple! As an on-online retailer we do not have the overheads like major department stores nor do we place huge mark-ups on our items therefore we are able to pass on the savings to our customers. Compare our prices to the listed RRP (Recommended retail price) and see for yourself.

2. How much are the delivery charges?
If you purchase four or more items then we ship the goods FREE! Otherwise add $8.50 for the first item and $2.50 for an additional item thereafter.

3. How to order?
We specifically designed our online store with easy to use functions. To order simply use the search features to find your desired item/s then Click ADD TO CART. From there you can continue to search for products or click CHECK OUT to complete your purchase.

4. How long will it take for delivery?
All our items are dispatched on the same day that we have confirmed receiving your payment. All customers will usually have the product within 1 – 4 days of making the payment (3 – 5 days for rural and remote areas). We are well known for the speed of our delivery.
